Cissy Houston is being painfully honest with herself where her granddaughter's condition is concerned.

"She's the same, she's not progressing at all," Houston told "Entertainment Tonight" of Bobbi Kristina Brown, who has remained comatose and unresponsive since being found face down in the bathtub of a home she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon in late January. "She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her. ... I have nothing to do with that. That's His job. It's His territory, you know? And I understand it."

A source also tells ET doctors have warned family members that the 22-year-old girl they affectionately know as "Krissi" suffers from irreversible brain damage, and there is nothing they can do about it.

Just days ago, a judge in Georgia placed Bobby Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, and her aunt, Pat Houston, as co-guardians of her estate, in charge of making all decisions about her long term health care.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the judge also named local attorney Bedelia Hargrove as conservator of Bobbi Kristina's estimated $20 million fortune, rendering her responsible for all decisions regarding her assets, including her "likeness, rights and legal claims."

The bulk of Bobbi Kristina's riches stems from money left to her by her superstar mother and Cissy's daughter, the late Whitney Houston.

Over the Mother's Day weekend, Cissy Houston was slated to perform at the McDonald's Gospelfest in New Jersey. Thinking about her granddaughter seems to immediately put her in the mood.

She told ET nowadays the song "The Blood that Jesus Shed for Me," has special meaning for her. She then openly quoted the songs' "the blood that gives me strength from day to day shall never lose its power" lyrics.

Since Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the emergency room, police have launched a criminal investigation into the circumstances surrounding her condition after finding several other unexplained bruises on her body. TMZ has reported the probe targets Gordon as a primary suspect.
