Following her recent surprise visit at Wal-Mart, where she paid for her fans' holiday gifts, Beyoncé spreads the holiday spirit and continues her good deeds run by fulfilling a dying girl's one last wish.

Taylon Davis is suffering from an inoperable brain tumor -- a rare form of bone cancer called osteosarcoma, and she has a dying wish: to meet her idol Beyoncé, and to sing and dance with her.

And of course, Queen B gets things done as always. She grants her 12-year-young fan's final wish by joining the Make A Wish Foundation and organizing a master plan to help Davis' biggest dream come true. Davis indeed receives an exciting opportunity to sit front row at the Mrs. Carter World Tour concert in Las Vegas, to hug the singer and perform Destiny Child's power anthem, "Survivor," with Beyoncé.

During the show, the R&B diva dramatically descends form the ceiling on harnesses and lands right in front of the girl, and comes off the stage to give her a big hug and kiss. Then, she starts singing "Love On Top," transitioning into her hit number, "Survivor."

Taylon Davis certainly has experience the quite memorable and unforgettable time of her life. "It was shocking," she says. "I was like 'Mom, this is real? I'm actually seeing her and she's talking to me and I get to sing with her and dance with her. This is really real.'"

"I was shaking, I was so nervous. I didn't want to be speechless because this was my wish and I wanted to talk to her," she adds. "I wasn't scared to dance or sing."
