Whoever told Jon and Kate Gosselin that we missed them and wanted them back in our lives needs to be flogged repeatedly for such a disgusting transgression, because we were all quite happy when they were back in the obscurity that they belonged in, thank you very much. Nevertheless, the man who single-handedly brought us the Ed Hardy douchebag outfit and his constantly-cawing harpy of an ex-wife have returned to the spotlight with a bang, thanks to Jon's recent proclamation that his ex-wife is "disgusting."

According to Us Weekly, Gosselin sat down with Oprah Winfrey last week (why?) to discuss his long-over marriage. "Everyone thinks I'm out to get Kate. I don't give a f*ck! What would I get out of it? Everyone knows she's an asshole, you know what I mean? I don't have to -- she's proven that!" he said. "She tweets everything. To the world, all about my children. I think it's disgusting and awful. They can't even have a normal life. Kate wants to still be on television. She's now digging into the past, because that's what sells. Too late, honey. No one gives a f*ck, really."

Of course, Gosselin neglected to mention that he, himself, is still hunting for the fame that he slams his ex-wife for seeking... because according to MSN, he's going to be back on reality television in the latest season of VH1's Couples Therapy with his girlfriend of two years, Liz Janetta (who has my condolences). "We needed the therapy for our relationship," he said. "We really couldn't afford therapy. And it's free therapy." The series begins Jan. 2.

Gosselin is currently making a living as a maitre'd in a rural Pennsylvania restaurant. Ouch. Oh... and in case you're wondering how his eight kids are doing, Jon says that they're "developmentally disabled." You stay classy, Jon Gosselin.
