Who really needs one lousy rose anyway when you can get a dozen elsewhere?

That's what Britt Nilsson should be saying now that she's been booted off "The Bachelorette."

In an unprecedented event in "Bachelorette" history, the 25 contestants had the final say between Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe -- and they chose Bristowe to stay and continue on as "The Bachelorette."

So now this makes for a double heartbreak for Nilsson in the "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" franchise -- nice work guys! Makes you wonder what other type of torture the show has in store for future seasons.

As if the twist wasn't bad enough, pitting the two women against each other after getting their heart broken by "The Bachelor" Chris Soules made for a "very uncomfortable" situation to endure, according to Nilsson. At the same time, they signed up for the show knowing the risks of heartbreak.

Nilsson just may have found love on her own anyway.

On Tuesday night, Nilsson, 27, was a guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and dished on "The Bachelorette" Season 11 premiere as well as her elimination and possible love interest.

She also discussed how host Chris Harrison had a sneaky way of breaking the news to her, Us Weekly reports.

"I counted the votes," Harrison said, Nilsson recalled. "The majority of the men have chosen one woman who they can hopefully see a future with. Britt, unfortunately, you are not the Bachelorette."

"[It was] very misleading, wasn't it?" the California waitress said of Harrison's word choice. "Oh I get it -- watching it back, I was like, 'That is a more interesting way to watch it.'"

"I was shocked," Nilsson continued. "I really was. I just had this feeling that I was supposed to do it, so in my mind, that meant I'm gonna do the whole season. I met these guys and I felt things starting. I did like some of these guys, there were a few."

While the newly declared, 29-year-old "Bachelorette" Bristowe was relishing in the moment, she received an unexpected surprise during her first rose ceremony. She was interrupted by Nashville-based musician, Brady, 33 who requested to chat with her outside and eventually took himself out of the running.

"If I'm honest with you and myself, my heart is with the woman that left a couple hours ago," Brady told Bristowe, referring to Nilsson.

Kimmel and inquiring minds wanted to know if Brady went on to find Nilsson.

"Did he find you?" Kimmel asked.

"Uh, I mean, yeah... in my hotel room, crying," said a hesitant Nilsson.

"I guess Chris Harrison felt bad about having let me go, so, he gave Brady my [hotel room number]," she continued. "It is pretty smooth, it's very gentlemanly. I thought it was sweet."

Did Nilsson accept his offer and entertain a relationship with the singer-songwriter?

"I cannot reveal at all," she explained. "He comes to my door and I was very surprised. It will be on the show next week." Stay tuned!
