In last week's episode of "Teen Mom OG," Maci Bookout and her 6-year-old son Bentley survived a frightening car accident, while Amber Portwood's fiancé, Matt Baier, got angry and punched a wall. Catelynn Lowell struggled with her weight with little help from fiancé Tyler Baltierra, and Farrah Abraham fought with her mother, Debra Danielson.

The good news is that there were no serious injuries to Maci, Bentley or Maci's unborn child after the car crash.

"The baby was perfectly fine," Maci explained to co-executive producer, Kiki. "I've got like three bruises and Bentley has one, and that's it."

In the upcoming episode of "Teen Mom OG," the drama continues as Farrah confronts boyfriend Simon Saran about their future, and it doesn't go well.

The couple has dated for two years, according to Farrah. They travel between Austin, Texas, where she lives, and San Diego, California, where he lives, to see each other.

In the sneak peek video clip "Future with Simon," Farrah and Simon are walking hand-and-hand in front of her house as Farrah's daughter, Sophia, plays. Farrah's voiceover says that while she's having a great time with Simon, she needs to know where the relationship is going.

Simon and Farrah sit down in a large swing in the backyard as Sophia plays on her playset. Farrah tells him that she is happy Sophia likes him so much or else she would not have dated him.

"So, now that you are going to come out to Austin more, how are things with us?" she asked.

"I don't know. I really don't know how to answer that," Simon said, looking off in the distance. "I can't give you a decent answer."

Simon's response is lukewarm at best, and certainly not the reply any woman looking to settle down would want to hear.

"I don't understand," he said, as Farrah looks unhappy. He looks at her and throws up a hand. "I should be asking you that question. Where do you see us going?"

"All I know is that I've been going out with you for two years to get engaged to you."

There is a moment of silence between them that is almost painful.

"That's for ugly girls, babe -- that's for ugly girls," she said.

"What if you wait two years and one day?" he teased with a grin.

His remark didn't sit well with Farrah. She said she's not going to wait one year.

In the clip's final scene, the two continue to swing in tense silence. Farrah appears to be holding back tears.

Simon has dated Farrah for two years, but does he love her?
