A 2008 "19 Kids and Counting" clip has resurfaced on the Internet. It features controversial "19 Kids" star Josh Duggar making an incest joke about his siblings Jana and John David Duggar, People reports.

In the video, Josh explains that he and his then-fiancee Anna are going on a movie date and looking for one of his siblings to chaperone him during the date. His sister Jinger was the original chaperone, but the movie was rated 18 and older and Jinger was too young to tag along.

Josh then decided to invite his sister Jana and his brother John David on the date and called it a "double date." Josh then said "We are from Arkansas" which many assume was meant to be an incest joke about his family and other Arkansas families.

The Huffington Post reports that many social media users are slamming Josh for the off-colored joke especially since police reports have recently surfaced detailing the times that Josh molested five underage girls, some of which were his sisters.

Last week, InTouch published a report that since has been deleted which included police documents detailing that Josh "fondled the genitals and breasts of the girls, some of whom were sleeping, but sometimes they were interacting with him."

Josh, his wife Anna and his parents Jim Bob and Michelle have since opened up about the allegations and released a statement to People.

In the statement, Josh apologizes for his inexcusable actions and revealed that he has since gone through counseling to deal with his mistakes.

Josh has also resigned from his position at the Family Research Council.

"My parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life," Josh said.

His parents added that since the scandal, they have grown closer to God and taught Josh to do the same.

Finally, Josh's wife Anna admitted that he told her about the allegations prior to them getting married, but she made the decision to stick by his side.

Despite their apologies, TLC has opted to temporarily cancel reruns of "19 Kids and Counting" from the network.

The official TLC site states that "19 Kids" reruns will return to the network beginning on June 1.
