Gwyneth Paltrow, the actress portraying Pepper Potts in the "Iron Man" movie franchise, launches a healthy food line in New York, Hamptons Magazine reported. The actress partnered with her personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, and another friend, Maria Baum, for this health-related business venture.

The company the trio founded in Hamptons is 3 Green Hearts that is committed to offer healthy and organic meals for take out. Included in their menu are pastas made from gluten-free ingredients mixed with roasted tomatoes and herb spices, kale ravioli, quinoa salads and grilled salmon.

For refreshments, the food line also boasts freshly made juices. Anderson said that they will also include some frosting shots and gluten-free cookies for people who have food allergies.

All these food will be ready for order from Anderson's new East Hampton and Water Mill studios, but they will be handed out as to-go food only. The company plans to sell their take-out meals at other Anderson studios in the future, too.

Anderson described why this project is important to them as mothers. "We are moms. We are nurturers. We understand the demands of dreaming big. And we want nothing more than for you to have access to the healthy, happy lifestyle you so deserve," Anderson said.

The trainer talked about how she got the idea of starting the company. "I see people showing up for their workouts and the ones that get the insane results are the ones where I'm doing their food too. All of the ingredients are organic and everything is sourced to the highest standards of food quality, that we know is vital for us to get out of this processed, de-natured world that we live in with food," Anderson added.

Paltrow's Confidence in Anderson

Paltrow truly trusts her trainer who was responsible in letting her achieve a lovely body in her first "Iron Man" movie. Paltrow even gushed to her trainer, "To me, you're a total fitness expert. You look like some kind of swimsuit model, but you're really a scientist. That's how I see the Tracy Anderson lifestyle."

The actress even shared how the trainer motivated her to get fit for "Iron Man". "I remember there was a certain point when I felt like I was going to cry. I just physically and mentally couldn't do it anymore. It was just too hard for me. You said to me, 'Don't even think of it like that. It's not an option. It's like brushing your teeth. You get up and do it.' I had such a powerful shift that day," she added.

Paltrow's move of introducing a healthier foodline in the market is similar to Beyoncé's action in February, Yahoo! News reported. The singer also partnered with her trainer Marco Borges and launched a vegan, gluten-free meal delivery program.

Committed Actress

Although the fashion icon Paltrow is devoted in getting a fit body, she also is as committed in her acting career. In her role as an alcoholic singer in "Love Don't Let me Down," she confessed on Harper's Bazaar in 2010 that she did not work out for a while because the movie director, Shana Feste, does not want her body to have any definition.
