Kate Gosselin's new boyfriend has been accused of neglecting his children.

Over the years, Gosselin has been accused of spanking and insulting her eight children, and now, RadarOnline reports the former wife of her new boyfriend, Jeff Prescott, alleges he endlessly neglected their three children at the height of their 2006 bitter divorce.

In court documents filed in Massachusetts, Michelle Jones further alleges the 51-year Dreamstime's co-founder had "infrequent" visits with their three children: 19-year-old Ashley, 14-year-old Brooke and 10-year-old Connor.

Jones asserts in one particular affidavit that before the divorce was finalized, Prescott only had Connor stay over two or three nights. He supposedly hadn't had his daughters stay overnight.

Jones adds Prescott frequently left town "on business and pleasure" without alerting his family, and then would not answer his cell phone, even though one of their children is considered medically disabled.

Even when Prescott was in contact with his children, Jones alleges many of the experiences weren't good ones, insisting he manipulated them into taking sides in their ongoing battle.

"I ... want to make it very clear that I have given your Mom every chance to try and settle things in a way that would not require all that is about to transpire," he supposedly wrote in one February 2006 email to his daughters. "Again, she has chosen this battle for reasons I cannot understand."

Prescott went on to lament how he would be forced to spend a "ton" of money on lawyers that may have otherwise been earmarked for the family. Still, Prescott recently told RadarOnline he and his ex "get along great."

As for many of the issues raised during divorce proceedings, he dismissed them as "tough times that were short lived."

As recently as March of this year, RadarOnline reported 39-year-old Gosselin was accused of spanking all eight of her children and berating her oldest twin girls in front of total strangers.

Jon Gosselin also alleged that his ex "neglects to properly clothe their children, leaving them cold and dirty."
