Rihanna is back to work, striking a pose and causing a fan frenzy during a photo shoot in the beautiful, antiquated Caribbean island of Cuba.

As if she stepped back in time, the pop star reportedly cruised down Havana's Malecon shore boulevard in a classic American convertible from the 1950s on Friday, which drew crowds of fans.

The Barbadian beauty's presence drew "crowds of children and young people who swarmed around the car, using their cellphones to snap pictures of the singer while security guards kept them from getting too close," according to Yahoo News.

Rihanna reportedly arrived in Cuba on Wednesday and made an unannounced appearance at the La Fontana restaurant, according to Cuban state media.

In addition, the media reports say, "She also has recorded video footage in the capital's central district of El Vedado and at the La Guarida restaurant, where the Cuban movie 'Strawberry and Chocolate' was filmed."

In a matter of three days, Rihanna has jetted from New York, London and Miami as well as Cuba "and still managed to nail a photo shoot on Thursday in Havana," the DailyMail adds.

What was the 27-year-old "Good Girl Gone Bad" donning for the Cuban photo shoot?

She wore "a crimson corset catsuit and mules," which were reportedly made by Italian footwear designer Giuseppe Zanotti who made "the signature look-at-me vibe in patent red with a classic peep-toe."

"Mules are THE shoe shape of the season, with everyone from Stuart Weitzman to Gianvito Rossi embracing the sexy slingback heel," the DailyMail adds.
