Another day, another Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher engagement story. Today, the news comes from across the pond, where an Irish newspaper is reporting that the That '70s Show couple is sealing the deal with a $5 million diamond ring designed by Kutcher himself.

According to The Irish Independent Woman, Kutcher is keeping it all in the family by commissioning a jewelry company that Mila is a spokeswoman for to create the multi-million dollar ring.

"He's asked designer Arpita Navlakha to create an 18-carat gold ring set among 25 rose-cut pink diamonds," said the paper.

While that all sounds pretty impressive, this isn't the first time that the couple has been rumored to have plans to wed. According to the same site, the reason that they haven't officially gone forward with their nuptial plans is because Ashton's divorce to Demi Moore wasn't finalized. However, Ashton has gone so far as to ask Mila's father, Mark, for permission to marry his daughter. (Purportedly, then, Mila's father gave his blessings.)

"Ashton is planning on proposing to Mila very soon. He asked her dad, Mark, for his permission at her brother's wedding in December and has ordered a rare diamond to make the ring," an insider told British magazine Closer.

Meanwhile, according to E! News, while it's not clear if the two will get married, what is clear is that the two have been making a lot of public appearances together, most recently at a Golden Globes pre-party. However, Mila -- who dazzled at the Globes in a silver dress -- walked the Globes red carpet solo.
