Since an emotionally scarred Jesse Pinkman drove away on "Breaking Bad," actor Aaron Paul has not been on any other TV shows, but that will be changing soon.

Paul took some time to take part in a few movies, and now the 34-year-old star will be working on a new dramatic show.

According to NY Daily News, Paul has been cast as the lead in "The Way," a new Hulu exclusive series.

Paul is set to star opposite Michelle Monaghan in a series that really delves into the modern family dynamics in today's digital age, accompanied by the social issues that are top of mind for Americans.

Hulu released an official statement on the nature of the upcoming show on Wednesday.

"'The Way' examines a family at the center of a controversial movement struggling with relationships, marriage and power, with each episode taking an in-depth look at what it means to choose between the life we live and the life we want," the statement read.

Paul and Monaghan will play married couple Eddie and Sarah Clearly. Eddie will eventually experience a challenge that forces him to second guess the faith he holds for everything he has come to know as truth, according to Deadline.

Paul will also serve as producer for the series, which has been given a 10-episode order to run next winter on the streaming platform.

The series was created by Jessica Goldberg and developed by Jason Katims and Michelle Lee. It is executive produced by Goldberg, Katims and Lee as well with Mike Cahill slated to direct the first episode of the series.

This is not the first time Paul has teamed up with a streaming site. The actor plays Todd Chavez in the Netflix animated series.

Paul is a three-time Emmy award-winner for his role on AMC's "Breaking Bad." He is the first to win the award for a supporting role category three times.
