Actress Aracely Arámbula revealed in an interview on Spanish program "Ventaneando" that singer Luis Miguel does not spend enough time with their two children.

The couple, who dated for a few years, ended their relationship in 2009. Together, the actress and the Mexican singer have two sons, Miguel and Daniel.

According to La Opinión, during the interview, the telenovela actress and model revealed that the iconic singer barely sees their children.

"To the father of my children, the only thing I want to ask of him, wherever he is, is that he spend more time with our children," said the 40-year-old star. "Miguel and Daniel miss him."

Arámbula went on to explain the disappointment she felt Miguel's lack of presence and what he is missing.

"They went to a Father's Day festival and they went with my dad, my uncle and my brother," Arámbula continued. "They were so happy. The children made him [Miguel] a card in English and in Spanish. Fortunately, they are filled with love and with good examples."

Over the years, Arámbula has discussed her issues with Miguel and his lack of parenting. In March 2015, People En Español reported that she and her ex had come to an agreement on the welfare of their kids. Arámbula filed a lawsuit for child support in 2012.

However, Arámbula's recent comments question Miguel's participation in that agreement. The actress revealed that it was she who celebrated Father's Day.

"Yesterday I received a lot of messages from friends to congratulate me, because like me, there are a lot of women who are both mother and father and it was nice," she said. "To all the mothers who play both roles I send my admiration and respect because we split ourselves in a million pieces."
