Cody Walker, one of the three Walker brothers, is confirmed to inherit the legacy of his late brother Paul Walker, avid car enthusiast and actor who died in a traffic collision. Cody will finish as a stand-in actor in the other half of the Fast and Furious movie series.

At the time of Paul Walker's death, a Universal representative said "At this time we feel it is our responsibility to shut down production on Fast & Furious 7 for a period of time so we can assess all options available to move forward with the franchise. We are committed to keeping Fast & Furious fans informed, and we will provide further information to them when we have it. Until then, we know they join us in mourning the passing of our dear friend Paul Walker."

Since the death of the Hollywood star Paul Walker, which shut down production of the seventh movie's filming, rumor spread for some time that his brother Cody Walker (as opposed to third brother Caleb) will inherit his responsibilities, one of them being finishing the action based movie Fast and Furious 7 in his role.

A source said "They soon realized they needed someone who looked like Paul to finish the movie and that's when they approached his nearly identical brother, Cody. They can shoot Cody from behind and at distance and if it's a shot they need Paul's face in close up they can CGI it later on."

All that is needed now is for the public to give the enthusiast and Walker relative a chance to show his worth.

Cody Walker has also decided to carry on his brother Paul's legacy by assuming the role of brand manager at Paul's humanitarian organization Reach Out Worldwide. On Sunday, Cody took to Instagram and Facebook to announce his plans of going forth with Reach Out Worldwide and included a photo of the three brothers together.

The youngest Walker wrote via his Twitter, "it is with great honour that I have decided to join the ROWW team as a brand manager. Look forward to working with likeminded individuals and partners to ensure ROWW continues to aid those in need in the years to come."
