Professional hockey player Shawn Horcoff's Dallas home can be yours for $2.95 million.

The 36-year-old National Hockey League (NHL) player has decided to list his custom-built estate on the market, reported Realtor.com.

The listing described the home as one that "highlights the latest in sought after design trends with a light and bright style, designer touches, custom cabinetry, gorgeous lighting, the latest in AV technology and an open floor plan ideal for entertaining."

Outdoors, the large grounds display two patios, electric Lutron shades that come down and enclose the outdoor patio, an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace. The expansive grounds may also be an ideal venue for a swimming pool to complete the yard.

The French home also comes furnished with appliances like a built-in microwave, a built-in refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a disposal, a range or gas oven, and vent mechanism.

The agent handling the listing is Julie Provenzano of Dave Perry Miller Real Estate.

Provenzano gave important details about the three-story home that rests on 0.24 acre lot, emphasizing on its design for comfortable modern living.

Horcoff is selling his home as he is heading towards free agency. The Dallas Stars management decided to cut him recently, according to The Dallas Morning News.
