Malia Obama may have landed her first internship at HBO.

According to Page Six, the first daughter was spotted on the set of Lena Dunham's comedy "Girls" in Williamsburg on Thursday.

The 17-year-old was on the set for three hours at the Aurora Ristorante. No other Obamas were on location with her. Yet, it is not clear if she officially works there or if Malia would appear on the show.

The Obama's eldest daughter will graduate next year from the private Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., according to The Root.

She was spotted touring New York University, Columbia University, Sanford University and University of California at Berkeley among other schools.

Last month, Malia went with her mother first lady Michelle Obama and little sister Sasha Obama to visit Prince Harry for tea during a two-day family visit to Britain, NBC News reports.

The women went on the trip to promote girls' education. The first lady discussed her "Let Girls Learn" initiative with the prince at Kensington Palace while also stating her support for veterans.

After tea, the Obamas visited a school in east London to continue promoting girls' education.

"The world needs more girls like you growing up to lead our parliaments and our board rooms and our courtrooms and our universities," Michelle Obama said to a group of school girls. "We need you."

The United States and the United Kingdom have a new joint partnership that supports education for young girls in countries affected by conflict. The $200 million initiative supports girls from countries such as Liberia, Sierra Leone and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Mrs. Obama also mentioned the important role males play in getting girls to go to school.

"Our sons are important. We love men, we all do. They're good, they're useful -- I have one in my life," she joked.

Prince Harry said it's important to have male voices discussing the issue because it's "usually the brother or father in the community speaking up that is going to change the way a community responds."
