Want to get your jam on and help in the fight to extreme poverty at the same time?

If so, you're in luck because the Global Citizen Festival 2015 is bringing the tunes, top musicians, and philanthropy to Manhattan's Central Park.

Celebrating its fourth year, the Global Citizen's Festival includes a stellar line-up featuring headliners Beyoncé, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and Pearl Jam.

"The 2015 Global Citizen Festival is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements the world has made in improving the lives of those living in extreme poverty, but more importantly, it is a key lever for getting world leaders to commit to ending the injustice of extreme poverty by 2030," according to Global Citizen.

Coldplay's Chris Martin, who also serves as creative director for The Global Citizen Festival, shared his enthusiasm for the cause as well as the top-tier talent on board.

Beyoncé aka "Queen B" who fiercely commands the stage added: "I am honored to be a part of the Global Citizen Festival. It has always stood for improving the lives of people everywhere, but this year is especially rewarding as we all join focuses and utilize our talents for one goal: to end extreme poverty globally."

Last year, Beyoncé and husband Jay Z headlined the festival year along with Stevie Wonder, Neil Young, Carrie Underwood, Tiesto and No Doubt.

This year's festival is especially crucial as it will be "a key platform for world leaders to commit their nation's and organizations' specific plans to accomplish the upcoming 'Global Goals.'"

On Sept. 25, the day before the festival, the U.N. General Assembly will announce the "Global Goals" that will determine international development for the next 15 years.

"If global citizens stand together and make their combined voices strong in the coming months, they can get these leaders to travel from the UN straight to the stage in Central Park and start committing to the concrete steps needed to accomplish the Global Goals," Global Citizen pointed out.

Want to attend the festival? It's required that you spread the love and Global Citizen's mission to take action and end extreme poverty.

On Thursday, aspiring concertgoers can begin earning free tickets. On Friday, VIP tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster. After you create a Global Citizen account, then you can take part in "Days of Actions" and earn rewards like tickets, VIP tickets, Festival Merchandise, and meet and greets with artists.

For fans that are unable to make the festival, you can live stream the benefit show on TV, MSNBC's website and YouTube.

The Global Citizen Festival 2015 will be held on Sept. 26 on the Great Lawn of New York City's Central Park.
