NBA 2K16 will be packed with music selected by several DJs, and some old fan-favorites from previous versions of the game will make it into the new edition.

The NBA 2K16 Twitter account announced that the soundtrack for the game will feature six different in-game playlists that players can choose from, Gotta Be Mobile reported.

NBA 2K16 tweeted that there will be three playlists by each producer, an international "Around the World" playlist and a 2K Classics Mix-tape playlist.

Game Informer added DJ Mustard, DJ Khaled and DJ Premier will each have their own playlist in the game. Fans of one of these DJs will be able to listen to just their music if they wish.

The full list of songs in NBA 2K16 has not been revealed by 2K Sports yet, but fans do know a few songs that will be featured in the game. "Blitzkrieg Bop" by the Ramones, "Represent" by Nas" and "I Want You to Know" by Zedd will all make it into the game. More songs could be announced soon.

"NBA 2K16, the newest iteration of the top-rated video game simulation series for the last 15 years, will feature the most extensive soundtrack in 'NBA 2K' history with three genre-defining collaborators at the helm -- legendary hip-hop producer DJ Premier, renowned producer DJ Khaled, and super-producer DJ Mustard. As one of the most successful entertainment properties of the last decade, NBA 2K16's partnership brings together their unique creative direction in curating more than 50 tracks and contributing a total of six new exclusive tracks to this year's title," a press release read.

NBA 2K16 is set to be released Sept. 29. The game will feature three different cover athletes, James Harden, Anthony Davis or Stephen Curry.

The game will feature NBA Summer League. In Summer League, players can participate in the offseason and develop rookies, second-year players and unsigned free agents, according to Design & Trend.
