Actress Mia Maestro, known as Carmen Denali in the hit vampire-themed movie, "The Twilight Saga," is selling her stylish Beverly Hills home.

The Argentinean beauty, who also plays Dr. Nora Martinez in the FX TV series "The Strain," is asking nearly $1.33 million for her Los Angeles estate, reports Realtor.com.

The listing of the property described it as "canyon chic" as it displays a "traditional cottage with sleek modern interior updates." The estate is further pictured as a "perfect urban oasis" located on an expansive and green lot with beautiful terraced garden.

The 1,300-square-foot home on more than one-third acre of California lot also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other living spaces that occupy the property is an updated kitchen highlighted with "top-of-the-line appliances," a dining room, a living room, and a laundry area in the garage. Appliances and amenities included in the listing are a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a gas or electric dryer hookup, a refrigerator, built-in Cooking appliances, a range, and a range hood.

Inside, the single-story home boasts dark hardwood flooring, marble-lined baths, fireplace, and custom-built cabinets. It has a predominantly white theme but dark furnishings such as the wooden floors, aesthetic cabinets, chairs, and console tables give contrast to the home. Occasional play with vibrant colors courtesy of live plants and other artistic accents like carpets and paintings make the abode look brighter.

Interested buyers may contact listing agent Barry Gray, senior partner at Deasy/Penner & Partners, who also has something to say about the property.

"It's the perfect urban retreat, a modern cottage on a cul-de-sac in the hills above the Beverly Hills Hotel. A little bit of country close to everything," Gray said, as quoted by Realtor.com.

What to expect in 'The Strain' Season 2

The cast of the show graced the Comic-Con recently and Maestro provided an interesting twist to her character's relationship with Eph and Zach.

"The arc between Nora and Zach this season is really beautiful. It’s one of my favorite things," Maestro told the press.

Eph will still have drinking problems, which will cause a strain in his bond with Nora.

"It’ll make Nora step back because there’s so much true intimacy that you can have in a relationship with someone that has an addiction who’s not dealing with it," the actress added.
