When Colombian superstar, and Latin music's top new artist, J Balvin isn't taking a stand to Donald Trump on behalf of the Latino community, topping the charts and performing for the masses around the country, he's behind the scenes in the studio tapping into his next sound.

Balvin's fans don't have to wait any longer for his highly anticipated new single, "Ginza," where he explores another side of himself.

"With Ginza, I wanted to go beyond my comfort zone, take a risk and bring a new sound to my music," he said. "I want to continually explore new and original ideas for Latin music.... Cowards rarely make history."

With that bravery and self-confidence, Balvin continues to forge ahead in the music biz.

In less than two years, the young and impressionable artist has rocked Latin music's "resurgent urban scene" with the huge success of his debut album, "La Famila," along with the widespread and continuously thriving No. 1 hit singles "6AM" and "Ay Vamos."

With a huge fan following on social media, listeners are already buzzing over the news that the young Colombian star released "Ginza" across the world on Friday morning via iTunes, major digital platforms and radio, according to Universal Music Latino.

Balvin gave his fans a teaser of "Ginza" with an initial song sample that he posted as part of Thursday's official launch of the Flippagram App, followed by exclusive airplay premieres on Uforia radio stations across the U.S.

Following these various platform intros, millions of his fans had the opportunity to hear "Ginza" more "up close and personal" with J Balvin's primetime live TV performance debut of the song during Univision's "Premios Juventud" (Youth Awards).

When he's not commanding the stage, Balvin is speaking his mind as a man on a mission.

As mentioned, Balvin joined fellow Latinos, including former Miss Universe Lupita Jones and many others, to blast Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump for his controversial comments about Mexican immigrants. On July 12, Balvin canceled a scheduled performance on the Miss USA Pageant in response to Trump's disparaging remarks that affects not only Mexicans and Mexican-Americans, but the entire Latino community.

But that doesn't mean that the show is over.

Instead, Balvin will instead join First Lady Michelle Obama, Eva Longoria, Jimmy Kimmel and fellow headline performers such as Stevie Wonder and Avril Lavigne at the Opening Ceremonies Of The Special Olympics World Games at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on July 25.

Following that stellar event, the Colombian superstar will start his highly-anticipated first headlining U.S. tour in September, with support from Becky G.
