Jon Stewart has taken aim at many political figures over the years during his stint on "The Daily Show." But it was the comedian's scathing silence that really gave republican Mike Huckabee a beatdown on Monday night.

Huckabee had likened the nuclear deal with Iran to the atrocities of the Holocaust. He went as far as to say that President Barack Obama was leading the Israelis to "the door of the oven."

Huckabee's rhetoric has drawn backlash from Democrats and Republicans alike, as demonstrated in the witty segment on "The Daily Show." Suffice it to say that even fellow presidential hopeful and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush condemned Huckabee's comments, as other conservative media outlets gave him a chance to retract his statements.

When asked if he would like to take back his comments about Israel in relation to the Iran nuclear deal, Huckabee said he stands by his words. He further said the he had seen the door of the oven himself.

That comment led Stewart to play out his comical interpretations of a typical show segment with body language and primitive grunts without speaking a single word.

The segment featured some of Huckabee's most infamous statements made to the press, which included comments about Beyonce and the southern pride he felt as an endorsement for a fast food restaurant.

Stewart did interpretive reactions to all of these video clips, but remained speechless.

Monday night, it was what Stewart didn't say that kept his audience laughing during the whole segment. Stewart's witty and funny reactions, in the form of grunts and grobbles, were a powerful commentary on Huckabee's actions. Stewart even pulled out a bit of sign language after the clip in which Huckabee comments on gender and LGBT rights.
