This hasn't been Justin Bieber's year, to be sure: reports have now emerged that the Beebs (and his father) were extremely disrespectful to the stewardesses and staff on the so-called "pot plane"!

According to The Daily Mail, the embattled pop star took a plane to Teterboro Airport from Canada with his father, Jeremy. During the flight, the pop star and his father were so abusive to the stewardesses that they had to "cower in the cockpit." In fact, the stewardess now refuses to ever work for the singer, or his father, ever again!

The singer and his father, according to the same site, were told several times to stop abusing the flight staff, to no avail. "The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behavior toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse," reports the site.

When the Beebs and his father landed in New Jersey, drug-sniffing dogs were sent onto the plane to determine if there was an issue with drugs, and sure enough, the "strong odor of pot" was detected.

Despite this completely embarrassing displace of parenting -- not to mention the fact that Bieber's father wasn't in his life until AFTER he became famous -- Bieber recently posted a photo with his father on Instagram, and the caption was filled with nothing but praise. "I have the greatest Dad in the world. He's taught me how to love, learn, and stay true to myself. I will forever be grateful because he was my superehero," he wrote on his Instagram photo.

Meanwhile, according to Rolling Stone, Justin entered a "not guilty" plea to the DUI charge currently pending in Miami. His trial for drunk driving, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired license, will begin on March 2nd.
