Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are rumored to be on the verge of putting an end to their long, rocky marriage with a "blockbuster secret divorce deal."

According to the National Enquirer, the couple is set to pull the plug on their 17-year union in proceedings that protect their estimated $240 million fortune.

"For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time," a source said.

"They're exhausted from trying to maintain the façade of a happy union. They've decided to pull the plug in a carefully choreographed manner [and] agree announcing their split at the end of the summer is the right move."

The two have been thorough in working out the details, so much so the couple's two teenage children, 17-year-old Jaden and 14-year-old Willow, are already prepared for the ensuing "fallout" that's sure to follow.

The 43-year-old Jada Pinkett Smith recently turned heads when she told talk show host Howard Stern she's not her husband's "watcher." She went on to add, "He's a grown man," adding as long as her husband can look himself in the mirror and be okay, she would be fine.

Ever since starring in "Suicide Squad" with Margot Robbie, the former "Fresh Prince" star had been dogged by rumors the two were romantically involved. Since then, he's been pictured several times not wearing his wedding ring.

Meanwhile, back in 2011 Jada Pinkett Smith was rumored to have engaged in an affair with "HawthoRNe" co-star and Jennifer Lopez ex Marc Anthony.

"They tried to fix things with therapy [but] it's not happening," a source said.

"They're already moving on with their lives. All that's left is the inking of the divorce papers," another source said.
