We are getting closer and closer to the release date of Madden NFL 16. With the release of official player rankings, the defensive tackles featured in the game are getting some attention, for their potential impact in Madden and on the NFL field. According to EA Sports, a familiar face is No. 1 in the game's rankings.

The top overall defensive tackle in Madden is new Miami Dolphin Ndamukong Suh. Suh's $114 million dollar contract with the Dolphins is the most expensive contract the team has ever given out to a player, and the pricey star is sure to make an impact on defense. In the game, Suh is rated 96 overall with 98 Strength and 97 Power Move. With the addition of Suh, can the Dolphins dethrone the Patriots for the AFC East crown?

Second on the list is Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Gerald McCoy. Perhaps the most underrated defensive tackle in the game, McCoy is quietly becoming a star in the making. In Madden NFL 16, he is rated 95 overall with 98 Power Move. With the addition of first overall pick Jameis Winston, who has been named the starting quarterback, will the Bucs get improve this year?

Coming in at No. 3 is Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus. The third overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft has a new coach in Rex Ryan, who we all know is a defensive specialist. With Dareus in the fold, the Bills defense is in for a big year. He is rated 94 overall with 95 Tackle. He also has 94 Strength. It looks like it will be a big year in Buffalo.

The fourth defensive tackle on the list is Buffalo Bills Kyle Williams. The fact that two Bills players made it to the top five could have a huge impact on the team's performance this year, especially given the big year Williams had last season. In the Madden rankings, Williams is 93 overall with 90 strength and an excellent 94 Play Recognition. Will the Bills defense lead them to a winning record in 2015?

The last defensive tackle is St. Louis Rams Aaron Donald. After winning the defensive rookie of the year last season, Donald is rated 92 overall with 93 strength.

Madden NFL 16 is in stores Aug. 25 for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
