"The Good Wife" fans will say goodbye to another series regular next season in addition to losing actors Archie Panjabi and Matthew Goode.

As fans will recall, they were forced to say goodbye to Panjabi's beloved character Kalinda along with Goode's character, Finn, at the end of Season 6.

According to TVLine, actress Makenzie Vega, who plays Alicia Florrick's daughter Grace on the series, will no longer be a series regular. Vega marks the third regular to exit the show in Season 6. However, unlike Panjabi and Goode, there is a chance Grace may maintain a presence on the show by returning in some capacity.

To make up for voids left by Kalinda and Finn, Emmy Award-winning actress Margo Martindale was cast in a recurring role as Willa Eastman, a top campaign operative who will face off with Alan Cumming's Eli. Willa is described as a manipulative woman who hides her "intelligence and cunning under a fake, folksy charm," reports TVLine. After convincing people she is sweet and trustworthy, she moves in to snatch victory from them. She is also responsible for previous successes by underdog presidential candidates in Iowa.

CBS also revealed "Extant" actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan landed a series-regular role, playing an investigator named Alex. Alicia Florrick, played by Julianna Margulies, will hire the calm and experienced hourly investigator to presumably work at her new firm. There is also speculation Alex may become Alicia's new love interest.

Entertainment Weekly reported Emmy Award-winning actor Michael J. Fox is set to reprise his role as Louis Canning in the upcoming season. Meanwhile, TVLine reports Bridget Regan of "Jane the Virgin" and "White Collar" will kick off the season premiere guest starring as Madeline Smulders, a plaintiff in an estate case.
