We are just one week away from the release of Madden NFL 16, and today we round out the AFC Conference with the ratings of the AFC East. According to EA Sports, here are the top teams in the AFC East rating-wise:

New England Patriots Overall Team Rating: 91

The New England Patriots are seeking a second consecutive Super Bowl championship. Tom Brady will not play in the in the first four games of the regular season for his role in the Deflategate scandal. Second year quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will be starting and will have a number of weapons at his disposal. Tight end Rob Gronkowski, wide receiver Julian Edelman and running back LeGarrette Blount will help with the load. The defense will be lead by free safety Devin McCourty and Super Bowl hero Malcolm Butler. How will the Patriots do without Brady?

Miami Dolphins Overall Team Rating: 81

The Miami Dolphins reloaded on defense with the addition of Ndamukong Suh. Alongside Cameron Wake, opponents should fear the Dolphins defense. As for the offense, quarterback Ryan Tannehill will once again lead the group. He has a new weapon in Pro Bowl tight end Jordan Cameron. The Dolphins have not been to the playoffs in two years. Can this be the year they finally make it?

Buffalo Bills Overall Team Rating: 79

The Buffalo Bills have a new head coach in Rex Ryan and will have a very stout defense. Defensive tackles like Marcell Dareus and Kyle Williams will lead the defense. Their offense however will be a work in progress. Quarterbacks Matt Cassell, EJ Manuel, and Tyrod Taylor will all have a shot to seize the job. Newly acquired running back LeSean McCoy should make life easier for these quarterbacks.

New York Jets Overall Team Rating: 76

The New York Jets had a really good offseason with the addition of wide receiver Brandon Marshall and cornerbacks Darrelle Revis and Antonio Cromartie. With Geno Smith out 6-10 weeks with a broken jaw thanks to a sucker punch, Ryan Fitzpatrick will take over as quarterback. The defense will be dangerous this season, but can the offense help pick up the slack?

Madden NFL 16 will be in stores on Aug. 25 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
