Verizon announced what they hope will "change the game" in the wireless service plans market with "MORE Everything."

According to Verizon Wireless, current subscribers to the largest mobile carrier in the United States will "get more of what they want" from their wireless service. MORE Everything is considered to be a "new way" of looking at wireless plans while uniting services consumers "want and need" for either smartphones and tablets. Services such as talk, text, Internet, and more are focused with MORE Everything as well.

As of Feb. 13, Verizon Wireless customers may see their data allowance doubled yet for the same monthly price they have previously paid for.

MORE Everything also affects Verizon Edge. MORE Everything customers can select a Verizon Edge plan and become eligible for $10 off monthly smartphone access for data allowances up to 8GB. A $20 off offer is also available on plans of 10GB and higher.

When it comes to messaging, MORE Everything gives Verizon Wireless customers unlimited international messaging if the subscriber has unlimited domestic text, picture, and video messaging.

Verizon Wireless customers can use up to 25GB worth of cloud storage per line although the max will be 250GB on a 10-line account.

"MORE Everything changes the game by adding even more of what customers want from their wireless provider in a single, simple monthly plan," said Verizon Wireless' Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Ken Dixon. "Verizon Wireless led the way with the introduction of shared data plans, and MORE Everything is the next leap forward with more storage, more messaging and more choice, all on a 4G LTE network that is unmatched in coverage and capacity."

Customers can also add features to their monthly plans for only $5 per month, and the first three months will be free. The additional features include international long distance from many countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. According to the mobile carrier, Verizon Wireless' International Long Distance Value Plan provides rates as low as $0.01 per minute to Canada and Mexico while it may cost $0.05 per minute to "many" Latin American countries.

"Since Verizon Wireless was the first to introduce shared data plans in 2012, major U.S. wireless operators have followed suit in strategically preparing for the increase of connected devices and data consumption among its customers," noted the International Data Corporation's (IDC) Mobile Services and Internet of Things (IoT) Program Vice President Carrie MacGillivray. "Shared plans have created demand for more data as consumers continue to embrace mobility across all aspects of their lives. Share plans that provide more data for the same price will be welcomed by customers."

As of Feb. 13, current Verizon Wireless customers on the Share Everything plans are automatically moved to MORE Everything.
