Bookmaker Paddy Power has offered the 1D member and the rugby star to finally settle their online feud in the ring, reports the Irish Mirror. Even more, the company is offering to donate €50,000 for charity and €10,000 for the loser, should the two send go signals for the boxing match.

"This is absolutely a real offer to the both of them - why the hell not? It would be craic. We would like them to both jump on board, but who knows if they will be able to find the time," Paddy Power's Feilim MacAnIomaire told the Irish Mirror.

"They have both got very busy schedules. But I am pretty sure how we would price it. It would be very, very long odds on poor Niall Horan," he added.

Phillips is not only way bigger than Nialler; being a rugby player, he is also much more fit compared to the boy band member. On top of that, the 1D member recently went under the knife to fix a recurring knee problem.

"But whether or not he would be brave enough to step into the ring with Mike Phillips - even if it is for charity - he would be a bigger man than me," MacAnlomaire told the Irish Mirror.

Niall Horan and Mike Phillips heated up Twitter after a Six Nations game, 26-3 in favor of Ireland. The 1D member commented, "Mike Philips is like a child throwing his toys out of the pram! his attitude is terrible, looks like a right arrogant idiot," in a tweet.

Phillips did not back down on the 20-year old saying, "@NiallOfficial come down to training in the week big boy. Bring the rest of The Beatles with you," he tweeted.

The momentary Twitter spat has ended on a positive note, with Rob Kearney mediating both parties and bringing humor to the situation, saying he got Niall's back in the Twitter fight.

But with Paddy Power reportedly offering an additional €10,000 to Ireland full-back Rob Kearney as reported by the Irish Mirror, the Wales rugby field might be hosting a boxing match for the very first time.
