"King of Salsa" Marc Anthony is unloading his California home after just a short stay.

The Latino singing megastar is selling his Tarzana estate for $4.35 million, Variety reported. The singer reportedly purchased the property for $4.125 million in February as a marital home for him and his current Venezuelan model-wife Shannon de Lima.

Citing the listing, Variety added that the celebrity couple's 6,500-square-foot "L-shaped residence" includes five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Other living spaces featured on the 0.53 acre-California property are a four-car garage, a central foyer, a living and dining room complex, a family area, a den that duals as a library and a wet bar.

The next owners will also find great comfort in its "all-white kitchen" that is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, a dining area, two large islands and a snack counter. However, the master bedroom will surely interest them as it is spacious enough to display a sitting area, a master bathroom with marble accents, a walk-in closet and its own private terrace that offers the cityscape.

Interior details of the luxury home include an open floor plan, French doors, indoor-outdoor experience courtesy of sliding doors that give access to the backyard and vaulted ceilings.

Outdoors, the dwelling place prides itself with a landscaped backyard that has a barbecue station and a swimming pool equipped with a spa.

This is not the only home Jennifer Lopez's former husband is offering on the market, as he also advertised his Long Island expansive compound in New York for nearly $9.5 million, Variety noted. In April, he officially sold his Encino home to NBA free agent JaVale McGee for $2.425 million.

How music helped him

Truly, the seven-time Latin Grammy winner's successful career is evident from how he managed to amass real estate fortune through time.

Anthony has shared on Today that his journey to stardom was unimaginable if he would go back to his earlier years as a young teenager who stuttered. Anthony revealed that singing was a major factor in transforming him.

"I'm proof positive that anything is possible couldn't even put a sentence together, but when I sang I didn't stutter. If you accomplish something it just unlocks that whole 'Oh, if that's possible, then you keep going,'As far as confidence is concerned, it's step by step," the New York-born singer said in his February interview.
