As it turns out, all seasons of the hit horror anthology on FX "American Horror Story" are related to each other somehow. But in Season 5's installment, "Hotel," there will be a direct connection to Season 1's "Murder House," according to Entertainment Weekly.

Not only are the seasons connected in some way, but there will be little tid-bits of information revealed with which fans can make connections.

In Season 4's "Freak Show," fans already saw the return of Pepper. She famously played the role in Season 2's "Asylum" installment and reprised the same role last season.

"Hotel" is going to be different than that. Instead of just a minor returning character, fans will actually be going back to where it all started.

"We do go to the 'Murder House' for one episode," creator Ryan Murphy said about the upcoming season.

But going to the house is not where the connections will stop. If you think back, you may remember there was a certain real estate agent in Season 1 that sold the Harmons their haunted house. Her name was Marcy (Christine Estabrook), and she will be back to sell the title prop: the Hotel.

The Hotel Cortez is now on the market, and Marcy will be selling it to Will Drake (Cheyenne Jackson), who is a fashion designer. Fans may even gather that she is in some way the agent of evil, having sold the two major properties that house the epitome of horror.

"Hotel" and "Murder House" are not the only ones connected in the anthology. Murphy also revealed all the seasons have a connection of some sort.

"They're all connected," Murphy said.

"We're just beginning to tell you how they're connected. They're all very separate but there's clues every season that we're now telling you how the different worlds are intertwined."
