Sony has made several flagship phones in the past, and the emergence of the Xperia series has been one of the highlights of their very existence.

According to GSMarena, the latest from Sony, the Xperia Z5, has been rumored to have been leaked online with some of its specs revealed prior to its scheduled release date.

The leaked images showed that Sony apparently changed the Xperia's camera, transforming it into something more like the rumored 23-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/2.3" Exmor RS Sensor. The rumored photos also showed the phone in three color concepts mainly white, shade of turquoise and gold.

The Xperia Blog suggested some of the leaked specs and colors were true and that the Sony Xperia Z5 is expected to make its debut in the upcoming IFA 2015.

In addition to the already leaked specs of the Xperia Z5, the phone is said to have a slightly rounded sides with the trademark XPERIA strategically embossed on one side of the frame.

While the phone's exact size remains to be a mystery, the blog implies that it could be somewhat similar to the Sony Xperia Z5+.

Where price is concerned, Sony apparently made one of the most notable Xperia in their whole lineup, and Android Pit thinks that the price will be a little bit higher than that of the suggested price of its former versions like the Xperia Z3, which is around $500.

Additional specs for the Xperia Z5 also emerged online, citing an apparent 5.5-inch display with Ultra HD resolution of 4k, 2160p. According to which, this will be the first attempt to incorporate UHD in a mobile device, not to mention by one of the top users of the Android software.

These rumored specs only highlight the upcoming release of the flagship phone and everything else will be confirmed once the device makes its first appearance on the market.

In a presentation featured on XperiaZ5Sony, the color concepts of the device were impressive as well as its sleek and elegant design. With three colors to choose from, the dynamics of a good smartphone can also be trusted with Sony's Xperia Z5. If anything else, the Z5 specs may be similar to its previous version but with several updates to acquire the new series name.
