Julián Gil is not afraid of a challenge when it comes to his work, even if that means becoming a woman. The actor shared images from rehearsals of his latest play on social media and gave fans a look at what he looks like as a woman.

According to People En Español, the actor is currently working on his new play "Divorciémonos mi amor" and, while the actor is known for playing some of television's best villains, his latest role requires he get more in touch with his feminine side.

On Aug. 26, the actor shared a close up of himself in character wearing a black wig, red lipstick and eyeliner on Instagram.

The 45-year-old captioned the picture with "Creating a character for 'Divorciémonos my love!' What do you think? Blonde, brunette or redhead?"

"Divorciémonos my love" also stars Mexican actors David Zepeda, Pablo Lyle and Alexis Ayala, and was written by Patricia Martinez. The play tells the story of a married couple struggling to keep their marriage alive and who eventually have to face the challenge of divorce.

The Argentinian star also recently made headlines after he confirmed his relationship with 24-year-old actress Ana Lorena Sánchez, who he has posted several photos with on social media, reported TVnotas.

"Everything we do brings us closer, whether a movie, going to the beach, eating, looking at each other, everything brings us together, I'm doing good," said the actor about his relationship with the "Santiago Apóstol" actress.

However, according to the actor, it wasn't easy winning Sánchez over. "It was a lot of work, but it was worth the wait. Everything that is good is worth it and Ana is a person that is worth a lot because she has shown a lot of love," said the actor.
