Several celebrities are rumored to be among the Marina del Rey homeowners suing Khloe Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner for "terrorizing" neighbors with the massive fireworks show they recently put on to celebrate James Harden's birthday.

According to TMZ, in all a dozen residents have banded together to file suit in small claims court, each of them seeking the maximum of $7,500.

The website adds all of the litigants contend they suffered emotional distress, with one claiming her child "freaked out" and another that her MS condition has worsened since the incident.

Word is all those filing suit insist the litigation is not about money. Instead, they want to be able to speak with both Khloe and Kris about their "rude and selfish" conduct. In California, anyone sued in small claims court has to personally appear in court to answer the filing.

Back on July 26, the Kardashians fired off the explosives at the stroke of midnight to celebrate Harden's 26th birthday. Harden and Kardashian seemingly went on to spend the latter part of the month celebrating his big day.

Days later, the two were spied in Houston at the Aristocratlifes Engineroom, where they were described as appearing "very close" as fellow NBA players Zach Randolph and Patrick Beverley looked on.

Kardashian and Harden have now publicly been dating for several months and more recently the two appear to be growing more open about sharing the intimate nature of their relationship.

Earlier this month, the Houston Rockets star accompanied her to sister Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday and at the end of the night the two left the event together in the same vehicle.

Kardashian was previously married to NBA veteran Lamar Odom, but the two recently finalized their divorce after being wedded for more than four years.

Thirty-five-year-old Odom recently hinted that he thought Harden was wasting his time by hanging out with his ex because she will always be his "soulmate."
