After a wave of promotion for the hit single "What Do You Mean," Justin Bieber took to Twitter to let his fans know about his new album that is set to hit stores on Nov. 13.

"yep. new album coming november 13th. pre-order on my store to unlock the album art," the heartthrob tweeted.

Bieber made his return to the VMA stage on Sunday, where he cried uncontrollably at the end of his performance. The world has to love him even more after seeing those massive tears!

What does Selena Gomez have to say about all of this? She is thrilled about his entire performance, Hollywood Life reports.

"She knew going into the night that Justin was both excited and nervous. She's happy for him and knows he's relieved that he pulled it off and was true to himself," an insider tells Hollywood Life, although Gomez was not in the audience when he performed.

The "Heart Wants What it Wants" singer apparently took a bathroom break during his performance as a favor to him, to avoid cameras from panning over to her. She wanted the performance to be all about him and not about her, according to E! News. How sweet.

Meanwhile, Lena Dunham took to Twitter to let the world know that she does not like Bieber's "What Do You Mean" lyrics.

"Let's do away with pop songs where a girl nods yes when she means no and vice versa, k?" the actress tweeted.

According to Billboard, Dunham is referring to the song's chorus that says, "What do you mean? / When you nod your head yes / But you wanna say no / What do you mean?"

Yet, her discomfort did not stop nearly 90,000 fans from re-tweeting his comment where he thanked fans for loving "What Do You Mean."

Seriously though, after a two-hour roast and that emotional breakdown, Bieber may have gotten a chance to start all over with fans who disapproved of his negative actions in the past.
