Scott Disick has "practically moved back in" with longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian.

Hollywood Life reports the new, soon-to-be-on-the-shelves issue of Life & Style magazine reveals the two have been "hanging out" and "hooking up" for some time now and may be on the verge of officially announcing they are back together.

After nine years and three kids together, the two split earlier this year after Disick was spied cavorting with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monaco over the July Fourth holiday weekend.

"She knows Scott is a cheating, womanizing substance abuser, but she can't get him out of her head," a source said. "Deep down, Kourtney still hopes their relationship can work."

But given Disick's track record, Kardashian seems fully aware of the fact she's taking a huge chance by allowing him back in. Reports are she hasn't so much as told any of her sisters she is seeing Disick again out of fear of how disappointed they may be.

"They'd almost disown her if they found out," a source added, hinting the consensus among many is Disick greatly misses the lavish lifestyle Kourtney was able to provide him.

Disick recently posted a picture on social media of himself lying poolside at his old home under the caption "chill time."

Still, the next day he was spied partying at 1OAK in LA amid a crowd that also included Bartoli.

"Kourtney and Scott continue to have horrific arguments," the source said. "None of us would be surprised if they got back together full time."

Hollywood Life previously reported the Kourtney and Scott theme will be a huge storyline on the family's "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality show this upcoming season.

"Their entire roller coaster relationship and split will be a huge theme," a source said.
