Brazil will look for some redemption when it takes on Costa Rica this weekend in a game where both teams are looking for better form.

The last time the Selecao played, it endured an embarrassing defeat in penalties during the Copa America quarterfinals. It was a game that saw the team's poor offensive tactics and squeaky defense come together and flounder the side.

Neymar was not on that team, missing out on the Copa America for headbutting a Colombian player during the previous group stage match, which Brazil lost 1-0. Returning to the squad with him will be the likes of Kaka and Hulk as well as Marcelo, all of whom were not included in the Copa America roster. Kaka, of course, has been off the team for a while and did not compete in the 2014 World Cup. Hulk and Marcelo were both in the World Cup, but were deemed among the major problems with the team in the big tournament. After strong starts and a general lack of offense on the Brazilian squad, those two players have been given another chance to make a statement.

Kaka, of course, is enjoying a tremendous season at the MLS with nine goals in 22 games. He might be 33, but his time in the MLS has shown that he can be an elite player, who has the ability to be a difference-maker.

On the other side of the pitch will be a Costa Rican side that has not won a single game in 2015. In fact, the team's last win from open play came in October against South Korea. Since then it defeated Uruguay in penalties, and has a record of four draws and four losses in the eight 2015 matches.

Costa Rica is the underdog in this affair and will do its utmost to avoid a fifth loss in nine games in 2015.

The game starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday at Red Bull Arena. The game will be broadcast on beIN Sports.
