Future Queen of England Kate Middleton is rumored to be pregnant with baby No. 3, just four months after giving birth to her and husband Prince William's second child.

Hollywood Life reports the new issue of Star Magazine reveals roughly 100 days after welcoming Princess Charlotte into the world, Middleton, 33, is now moving forward with her dream of having her third child by the time she celebrates her 35th birthday.

"She's in the early stages of pregnancy with baby number 3," said a source. "She's not taking any chances" the source added, hinting that is the reason Kate recently failed to attend a high-society wedding and has missed a handful of royal engagements.

Reports are Middleton now has the Queen's blessings to forgo many of her royal duties over the next two months, as she battles to medically gain control of her new condition. Reportedly, the new offspring is due sometime in the spring, in late April or early May.

"She knows the paparazzi will try everything to get the first photos of her bulging swimsuit - that's why she wanted to take an earlier vacation," a source added. "She figures her bump won't be prominent in Nov., so she can relax in her bikini without her pregnancy being so obvious."

As for the number of children, some sources add Middleton may not be content to stop at just three.

"She definitely wants a third baby by the time she's 35," a source added. "That way she can have even more before she's 40. Kate grew up with two siblings, so she likes the idea of having another soon. But to be honest, she doesn't want to stop there and has talked about having 4 children before she's all done."
