Justin Beiber has not had a good start to the year. What with getting arrested for drag racing while intoxicated, making his plane land unexpectedly because of weed, and getting arrested for assault in Canada, the singer has not been doing well. But his troubles are not over yet. The pop star may not be getting a house he wants if his perspective neighbors have any say.

According to TMZ, Bieber has been renting a house from rap mogul Dallas Austin in the exclusive Atlanta neighborhood of Buckhead. Concerned citizens of the affluent neighborhood banded together to ban Bieber's presence. They formed the Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition to show unity in their decision as a community. "We're concerned he'll bring the wrong type of element into a quiet, residential area," Harold White, one of the community leaders, told CNN. "It is our position that a person with his means could certainly find a neighborhood more suited to his 'eclectic' lifestyle."

His lifestyle includes drag racing expensive super cars down streets while intoxicated with alcohol and drugs, like he did in Florida. The community also does not want the neighborhood to be at the other end of unwanted media attention once the star moves into the area.

Armed with a petition with over 200 signatures, the community aims to prevent Bieber from moving to the area. The petition reads in part: "We have worked hard to achieve our goals and get where we are. Justin Bieber's relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children ... Some can't even let their child play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence before. What's to say he won't do it again?" The petition ends with a cheeky, "Please don't allow a child to ruin what we have worked so hard to obtain."
