During her recent appearance on BBC America's The Graham Norton Show, Lily Allen dropped quite unexpected news -- she proved to the world that she undoubtedly is a big fan of Kanye West by announcing that her upcoming album will be titled Sheezus, which is clearly inspired by West's 2013 album, Yeezus.

The British pop star and the Chicago rapper previously collaborated together on "Drivin' Me Wild," a selection off Common's 2007 album, "Finding Forever," where Allen takes the charge of the song's chorus, while West is credited as a songwriter and producer on the track.

According to the Urban Dictionary, "Sheezus" means "a word that originated from the two words sheesh and Jesus." Whether she knows the true meaning or not, Allen thinks she made a right decision of the title. "It's a confident title choice and a little nod to Kanye West," she said to the host.

Lily Allen has already released three singles off "Sheezus" so far, which include her latest, "Air Balloon," "Somewhere Only We Know," as well as her comeback track "Hard Out Here," which was also inspired by hip-hop: Three 6 Mafia's Oscar-winning track, "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp."

In addition, the visual for "Hard Out Here" is not at all subtle about addressing the issue of gender inequality in the music business. Moreover, it blatantly references both Miley Cyrus' infamous twerking performance at MTV Video Music Awards and Robin Thicke's controversial music video for "Blurred Lines."
