Actors Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen have been rumored to be secretly dating for quite a while, and in a recent interview with MTV News, Olsen spoke on how acting brought them together.

Hiddleston stars as country singer Hank Williams in the biopic "I Saw the Light" alongside Olsen, making it their first film together. However, the actress claims that the two have known each other for years.

"Tom and I have been wanting to work with each other for a while," she said. "We've known each other for about four years, and we met doing a chemistry read for an audition and we were like, 'oh my God, this would be so much fun if we worked with each other.'"

It is also heavily implied that the acting duo shares chemistry off screen, as they've been frequently spotted out together in various locations, however they've both declined to comment on their romantic relationship.

"What happens is either people are so nervous that all they're thinking about is what they're doing in order to get the job, or two people are just like, 'I did the work and I guess we're trying to figure out if we have chemistry, so I'm going to put all my focus on you and listen and play,'" she continued. "We both, doing that to each other within the scene, the intention is always to check in on each other and measure them in a way and we were like 'oh, we'll work really well together.'"

"I Saw the Light" recently premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last week and showcased the seasoned actor in his first singing role. Olsen goes on to praise the actor's lip-syncing talent and his performing prowess.

"When Tom does it, it's like a choreographed event," she said. "And it's always a mic drop."

'I Saw the Light' will be released in theaters on November 27.
