"The Voice" season 6 starts off well with the four judges bragging on their social media popularity rates just to win over the first set of singers that went on stage.

Maroon 5's Adam Levine may have gotten the fabulous duo under his wing for the night but it was R&B singer Usher who got most of the best of the night, Daily Mail UK reports. The singer who is also set to star as Sugar Ray Leonard showed off his abs most of the time just to convince lucky contestants to choose him as mentor. Not to mention his amazing dance moves each time he gets picked as mentor.

The ones who got chairs turning and ended up in Team Usher are the following:

The 45-year-old worship leader Biff Gore who sang "A Change is Gonna Come"

T.J. Wilkins who boasted of warm vocals for the song "Bennie and the Jets"

The Reese Witherspoon look-a-like Bria Kelly who sang "Steamroller Blues"

16-year-old Madilyn Paige who made a stirring performance of "Titanium"

"The Voice" may have lost two of its original coaches namely Christian Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green, but it did not lose its magic with the ratings even with Usher and Shakira on board, E!Online states. "The Voice" season 6 premiere had positive ratings, even higher than its previous season five premiere.

It had a huge opening act with Blake Shelton singing Shakira's hit song "Wherever, Whenever" and joined in by the other coaches singing the rest of each others' hit tracks.

According to Heavy.com, it was also this year when "The Voice" season 6 host Carson Daly had a chance to hit the road and visit several contestants before they reach the blind auditions stage.
