David Ortiz, beloved designated hitter for the Boston Red Sox, says he would like to act in porn if he did not play baseball.

The Players' Tribune, a website dedicated to insider looks at athletes, runs a series titled "What the (Blank)?" in which popular athletes answer 10 questions about themselves. When Ortiz was recently featured on the series, he was asked, "My dream job (if I wasn't an athlete) would be..."

Ortiz answered, "Porn star."

According to Yahoo Sports, if Ortiz wasn't a baseball player, he would be acting in pornography. It is an interesting profession, to say the least, and an unexpected answer from Ortiz.

The Red Sox player also named Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back" as his current guilty pleasure song -- which he actually cited as "I like big butt" -- and the Notorious B.I.G.'s famous "I love it when you call me Big Poppa" line as the best song lyric of all time.

When asked which actor he'd like to play him in a movie, Ortiz chose Denzel Washington.

Ortiz recently hit his 500th career home run and is expected to be a first-ballot Hall of Famer after he retires.

Although the Red Sox are out of playoff contention, Ortiz is having a great season. He is batting .264 with 35 Home Runs and 99 RBI. In his 19-year career, Ortiz is batting .284 with 501 Home Runs and 1,632 RBI. He is a three-time World Series champion with the Red Sox (2004, 2007, 2013).

He will forever be known in Red Sox nation as the key player that led the Red Sox to their first World Series championship since 1918. The Red Sox swept the St. Louis Cardinals in 2004, ending their 86-year championship drought known as the "Curse of the Bambino."

Based on his Hall of Fame stats, it is safe to say that Ortiz made the right career choice.
