Britney Spears pranked three bodyguards while appearing on NBC's "Best Time Ever With Neil Patrick Harris" on Tuesday.

The pop sensation pulled off the stunt, receiving instructions from Harris and Joe Jonas, for the "Voices in Your Head" segment on the show, according to E! Online. Spears successfully carried out the operation, interviewing several prospective bodyguards while listening to Jonas and Harris through an earpiece.

Starting off the prank, the "Pretty Girls" singer introduced herself to Andrew Opal, the first security guard, saying, "Hi, I'm the one and only Britney Spears."

When the second guard, Keith Manning, entered the room, Spears used the line from her 2008 single "Gimme More," saying, "Hi! It's Britney, b*tch!" During this interaction, Harris was surprised the singer appeared thrown off a bit, but she held her composure for the most part.

Upon meeting the third and final security guard, Wesley Patterson, Spears juggled two water bottles, while saying, "I hear I'm supposed to hire you. Why?"

Patterson answered, "I've worked in the worst security situations."

Jonas then told Spears to ask, "So, you're like a superhero?" with Harris adding, "Like Batman!" which Spears repeated to Patterson.

"Exactly," Patterson said.

During the prank, Harris and Jonas also ordered the "...Baby One More Time" singer to hold her hand out to be kissed, ask one of the bodyguards to search for something she had hidden inside the Axis auditorium at Planet Hollywood, and make the men "stay close to her without being seen" while she danced on stage.

A video of the humorous prank session is now streaming online through various media outlets.

"Best Time Ever With Neil Patrick Harris" airs on NBC on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT.
