Kelly Clarkson has been forced to cancel her U.K. and Canadian tour dates due to current vocal problems.

The "Since You've Been Gone" singer was ordered by doctors to cancel the remaining dates of her "Piece by Piece" tour so she can rest her voice, according to BBC News.

On her Facebook page, the singer posted a note to her fans apologizing for all the cancellations, but "due to instruction of her doctor" she has been advised to "remain on vocal rest for the remainder of the year."

With an accompanying photo of her performing live, she also posted a note that read, "I am truly sorry that I have to cancel the remainder of my tour dates. I was so looking forward to sharing this tour with all my amazing fans in Canada and the UK. Unfortunately my doctor is telling me I have to stay on vocal rest, but I am working hard to get better as soon as possible."

Before these most recent cancellations, Clarkson had called off six dates from her American tour as well. She was scheduled to begin her U.K. tour at Glasgow's SSE Hydro Arena on Nov. 12, followed by stops in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and London.

Fans can get refunds for the tickets already bought at their points of purchase.

The singer is currently pregnant with her second child with her husband Brandon Blackstock, who is a talent manager and Reba McEntire's stepson with her ex-husband Narvel Blackstock. Clarkson and Blackstock were married in October, 2013. Their first child, River Rose, was born on June 12, 2014.

Clarkson released her last album, "Piece by Piece," on Feb. 27, 2015. The album has produced the singles "Heartbeat Song" and "Invincible." "Piece by Piece" is the follow-up album to 2013's "Wrapped in Red."
