After Square Enix and IO Interactive decided to delay the release of the "Hitman" video game, they're now back with some good news for the fans.

According to Gamezone, the developer and publisher of the game have given an official date of release for "Hitman" and it's going to be on March 11, 2016. However, despite the confirmed date, the video game will not entirely release a whole mode of challenges. Instead, Square Enix will resort to installment releases and an episodic release will take on after the main game is launched.

The March 11 schedule is said to feature the locations of the storyline, which includes Sapienza, Parish and Marrakesh. The three "sandbox" locations will give players six missions to complete and a complete round up of 40 ways you can defeat your targets.

On the same day, "Hitman's" live content will also be introduced including limited targets that will appear once on the weekly live events. IO Interactive, on the other hand, will keep storages filled by updating Contracts, Skins and Weapons for the players. After the launch, "Hitman" will receive a brand new sandbox location each month, and that's how the episodic installment of the video game will push through.

Regarding the release date in other regions, "Hitman" will be released in Thailand in April, the U.S. in May and Japan in June. These regions will also receive regular updates and additional missions upon launching. "Hitman" will be available on PC and PlayStation 4 for $59.99.

According to "Hitman's official website, "For that price, you'll get everything - all the content we're planning on releasing, access to all live events and a secured spot in the HITMAN Beta, which will be available on PlayStation 4 and PC only. No additional costs at any time."

The price of $59.99 includes all of Hitman's content and its weekly live events including the upcoming beta for the game. However, for $34.99, players can get the content of the game including that of the March 11 features. They can also upgrade their game for an additional $29.99 in order to acquire everything else that the "Hitman" video game will have such as its beta release.

According to Gamespot, the initial content that will be launched on March 11 can be replayed using the "user-created Contract Missions" that enable players to decide the next assassination targets. In a statement given by IO, the company said, "For Contracts Mode, you've got a combined pool of around 800 targets to craft your devious contracts from which means, we expect fantastic things."
