Daniel Craig is, by far, one of the most notable characters that ever played James Bond. After doing series of films for the franchise, Craig has hinted that "Spectre" might be his last.

An interview with Esquire revealed that there's a possibility that Craig will not play the titular spy again, but he won't stop acting because of that. He said, "I don't know what I'd do with myself if I didn't act."

Craig has finished doing his last completed James Bond series "Skyfall" and is now promoting the upcoming "Spectre," which he honestly thinks will be his last film for the much-anticipated franchise.

On the other hand, an interview of Craig with Mail Online implied that his possible exit on the franchise may not be soon as he has one more contract to fulfill before deciding his future. The interview disclosed some information about Craig's routines when it comes to preparation for the movie. At one point, he admitted to excessively working out just to maintain his body frame. "I work myself to death to get it. It's getting harder, but such is life. I'll keep going as long as I'm physically able." Daniel Craig has been the most bankable character in the franchise in its 53 years of existence.

When asked about what he went through while filming "Spectre," he shared, "I damaged my knee a third of the way through shooting and we shut down for two weeks while I went away for surgery. I'm alright, I'm a hell of a long way from perfect." Craig also expressed his admiration for Bond's character that normally keeps everything under control, including emotional conflicts and stands to separate it from his day job as the ever immaculate spy.

"Skyfall" set a record for the first billion-dollar mark on the franchise. Craig was slated to earn at least £17 million for the series. With at least two more Bond series up his sleeves, he's expected to earn a staggering £31 million for that. "Spectre," his latest from the franchise, also made headlines and one of the most talked about James Bond poster for ditching the suit and tie profile, ans, instead, graced the franchise's posters wearing an immaculate black turtle neck.

"Spectre" is set to be released on Nov. 6. After which, Daniel Craig has still one more contract to play another James Bond role. The latest Bond installment also stars Christoph Waltz, Lea Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Monica Bellucci and Ralph Fiennes.
