"Pretty Little Liars" actor Ian Harding is ready to say goodbye to his California home.

Harding, the 29-year-old TV celebrity, who also appeared in "Hollywood Is Like High School with Money," is selling his Hollywood Hills home for almost $1.2 million, Los Angeles Times reported. The young actor will make a hefty profit of nearly half a million dollars if an interested buyer gets the estate for its asking price, as Harding only purchased the home in 2012 for just $718,000. The star, who will also be seen in "Minimum Wage" and "Break: The Musical," commissioned Courtney Van Cott of Partners Trust as his listing agent for the property.

The 1,241-square-foot Los Angeles private residence will cater to the artistically inclined as it showcases several creative accents. Aside from the elegant wood-lined flooring, the interiors also display vaulted ceilings that give the impression of bigger living areas, higher ceilings and an airy ambiance.

Several decorations can captivate the home's next residents, basing on the photos featured on the site. They can be the simple and neat picture-framed photos, textured and practical furniture, simple but charming hanging lights, highly contrasting colors of the walls and the sofas and even the inclusion of live plants to add nature's warmth, beauty and vibrance into the home.

The celebrity home, built in the 1940s and resting on two Laurel Canyon contiguous lots measuring 6,000 square feet, features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The next owners may also invite visitors for an overnight stay as the property also comes with a guest suite that has its own kitchenette.

Outdoors, the grounds boast a charming-looking and artistically designed alfresco dining. There is also a simple garage that can fit two cars.

His acting crush

Harding knew that he was built for the entertainment industry because since he was as a child, he "had very fruitful imaginations," Backstage reported in January. In college, it also helped that he "was really good" in theater to hone his skills some more.

Harding shared on his interview that Ralph Fiennes, the actor who portrayed Lord Voldemort in the "Harry Potter" movies, is the actor he has "an acting crush on." Fiennes, the two-time Oscar-nominee is also known in critically acclaimed films such as "Schindler's List," "Red Dragon" and "The English Patient."

"I think Ralph Fiennes has had a really wonderful career; there's something sort of classic about him. He does a bunch of different projects but he approaches the work from a very sort of artful way. I've always loved everything he does and the choices that he makes," the Germany-born actor said.
