The Huffington Post reports a 40-year-old Japanese Minecraft player named Daasuke managed to accidentally set his room on fire Sunday afternoon. The entire incident was live streamed.

You can check out the video of the incident below.

From the video, you can see Daasuke lighting up a cigarette with his oil-match lighter and has trouble using it. When it finally sparked, the whole lighter was briefly on fire.

The man tossed the lighter into a basket filled of oil-soaked tissues. Not paying attention, Daasuke was looking for something as the fire was rapidly getting worse. He finally discovered the fire and tried to put it out with a cardboard box. And then a blanket and a comforter before leaving the room to get a bowl of water to put out the fire.

The fire eventually grew worse as the room was starting to get full of smoke. Viewers were left stunned as they saw the smoke consumed the room.

The entire live stream was seen by over 14,000 people on Youtube. The whole live stream lasted for 11 minutes.

According to Kotaku, Dassuke was injured along with his parents and a relative. On the heels of this incident, Daasuke set his Twitter account to private.
