We can probably assume that an officially-sanctioned match between UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey and undefeated boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr. will never, ever happen.

But, if the fantasy fight does materialize, Rousey has a sneaky strategy to beat the Money. Of course, she probably doesn't have a chance against Floyd in a purely stand-up fight under standard boxing rules. But, under MMA rules, Rousey believes she will rock his world.

So what will the female fighter do when she enters the octagon against Mayweather? Simple. Take the fight to the ground. During an interview with the radio station Power 106 FM, explained to the host her approach in taking on a boxer like Mayweather.

According to Yahoo Sports, she animatedly told the radio host, "I would drop down to the ground and crawl over to him as fast as I can and then I'd grab him by...I wouldn't even stand up. I wouldn't be anywhere near him. I would just do a little army crawl over there."

She continued, "He'd have to run away and I'd be skittering after him, like the one dude in 'Bloodsport' who was doing the whole monkey-crawl fight system. I would do that. I would just bear crawl over there, just too low for him to hit me and tackle him down."

As Rousey pointed out, she'll be able to dominate the fight simply because she spends more training time on the ground. Obviously, Floyd doesn't because he doesn't have to since he is a boxer. The key to her victory would be taking her opponent to a fight situation where he's not comfortable in or accustomed to.

Rousey defended her UFC title for the third time last Feb. 22 at UFC 170. She defeated the Olympic medalist Sara McCann through TKO after 1 minute and 6 seconds into the first round. On the other hand, Mayweather is set to go up against Marcos Miadana on May 3 in a unified title bout.
