Jennifer Aniston and newlywed husband Justin Theroux are rumored to be on the verge of adopting a baby girl together.

HollywoodLife reports the 46-year-old Aniston and her brand-new husband have secretly spent much of their recent time working out all the details and should be officially able to call themselves parents any day now. The website adds the plan was briefly put on hold after the two strong-willed lovebirds began to butt heads in their new lives together more than either of them would care to admit.

"It's been her lifelong dream to have a daughter, though, so she recently decided to move forward with the adoption anyway - no matter what happens with Justin," a source said of Aniston. "She's really driven. Jen doesn't care if she has to raise her little one on her own."

Word is the former "Friends" star has already set up an all pink colored nursery for her new daughter that is also packed with outfits she purchased online.

Aniston and Theroux are notorious for being tight-lipped and having an uncanny ability to keep secrets. Their surprise wedding followed a near two-year engagement and was held on a day that streams of guest arrived at their home under the impression they were there to attend a birthday party for Theroux.

More recently, People magazine reported the two are back to totally looking the part of a newlywed couple.

"Jen and Justin are very happy," said a source. "They still act like they are in the honeymoon phase."

Given their super busy schedules, the two are said to make it a point of reserving time for one another, even though the first month or so of their marriage they were forced to endure a long-distance relationship while Theroux was away in Texas filming the HBO series "The Leftovers."

Earlier this month at a season premiere event, sources described the two as looking "very much infatuated with each other."
