Judging by the response of Apple's new iOS 9.0.2, it appears to be causing a lot more problems than its claimed to fix.

Users across Apple forums have relentlessly complained on the new issues its brought to their devices. The most recent patch has also been credited to not even fixing all the problems that they've claimed it will.

Among the many problems are the broken notifications. Apple devices are now failing to aware users that they've received certain notifications on a variety of different apps.

"Push notifications and badge notifications are not working for several apps, both default apps and third-party," commented a user on a Apple Support Communities thread. "This is particularly a problem for Reminders as they are no longer indicating due and overdue tasks."

Hanging emails have also been expressed as a reoccurring issue. An overwhelming amount of users can't open their emails even after they've been alerted to getting one. It has even affected how emails are deleted, as it can take hours or days before it comes off the device.

Another issue has Apple's iMessage feature failing users. When a message is sent with it, users on all different networks have had it fail and then send as a normal text message. There has recently been users that claimed the issue resolved itself eventually, but some still suffer through it.

"I spoke with Apple and T-Mobile within the last hour (10/7/15 at 4 pm Pacific time). Both are aware of the problem and know it is affecting many people. They have determined that the issue is the iMessages ONLY between people with the new iOS and older versions of the iOS," states Kelreddit.

It is uncertain if the iOS 9.1 update will fix these issues, but the recent beta update for the operating system has been shown not to.
